My Story
I am a North Carolina Native who attended and graduated from North Carolina Agriculture & Technical State University (AGGIE PRIDE)! Currently, I am pursing my Masters in Urban Education from UNC Charlotte. An educator with nearly 18 years of experience working in education, I decided to become a Teacherpreneur and create STEAM focused programs for out of school time. During my free time I enjoy rollerskating, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
In My Course
I am a "What Box?" kind of teacher! I create authentic high energy learning environments where students are genuinely compelled to think critically, problem solve, and co-navigate their learning experiences. Students will develop academically and socially simultaneously.
Students will leave feeling empowered and ready to compete globally.
