EXPERIENCES

We enjoyed an all you can eat lunch at CiCi's Pizza and a modern day Sci-Fi focusing on AI with a STEAM focus at the AMC & IMAX Theater.

We experienced an immersive, educational program through a self guided museum visit with a standards-based curriculum. We explored illusions, perception, and optical phenomena through STEM, ELA, and Visual Arts lessons. 

We enjoyed an incredible mobile gaming experience like never before! We were introduced to Pixel Play, where we played the latest games and cutting-edge technology right outside our space.

We participated in the 8 week course "Build Upward: Exploring Architecture" on the campus of Do Greater Charlotte. We got to meet some wonderful Architects in the Charlotte area as well as learn about past and future city designs.

We had a great time at this in person college expo at Johnson C. Smith University. We had the opportunity to meet recruiters and representatives from various colleges, trade, privae, public, and historically black colleges and universities. We left with an abundance of college paraphernalia and take home items.

DJ Ty B Smooth offered us an exiciting DJ series this past school year.  We learned about the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics of Djing and the equipment that is used for the experience.
